What are the locations of the parking garages and municipal lots?

There are five parking garages and one municipal parking lot in the City of Frederick. To view locations please visit Maps.


The parking garage locations are:

  • The Carroll Creek Garage is located at 44 East Patrick Street next to the C. Burr Arts Library and is accessible from the first block of East Patrick Street and off of the first block of South Market Street.
  • The Church Street garage is located at 17 East Church Street and is accessible from East Church Street and off of the 100 block of North Market Street, behind the Brewery Pub and Restaurant.
  • The Court Street garage is located at 2 South Court Street and is accessible from South Court Street and Citizens Way.
  • The East All Saints Street Garage and is located at 125 East All Saints Street on the corner of East All Saints and South Carroll Street.
  • The West Patrick Street garage is located at 138 West Patrick Street next to the Fredrick County Courthouse on the west side, and is accessible from the second block of West Patrick Street and the first block of South Court Street.

The municipal parking lot locations are:

  • The North Market Street Lot is located on North Market Street and is accessible from the 300 block of North Market Street.
  • The Marc Station Lot is located behind the Marc Station, which is located on East Street. The parking lot is accessible off of Wisner Street. This lot is permit parking only
