    Join the Chamber of Commerce as The City of Frederick opens their doors at 101 North Court Street and transforms City Hall into a winter wonderland. Close out your year on a high note by making lots of connections for the coming business year! This year there will be a Wreath competition between all the partner agencies that operate in Frederick County. Guests will "vote" on their favorite wreath by donations. Each $1 will be a "vote". Money raised from the voting this year will benefit this year's nonprofit recipient, Second Chances Garage at 528 North Market Street. They provide low cost reliable transportation and repairs to low income families in Frederick County. Wreaths will stay on display in the City Hall lobby throughout the Holiday season.
