Local representative, Congressman David Trone, District Director Sonny Holding, and Field Representative Jessica Spielman, will be doing a site visit with Mayor O’Connor, Director of Public Works Zack Kershner, and other city leadership to look at the site for the East Street Rails with Trails Phase 3 Bridge, which will go across the MD-26 / US-15 interchange adjacent to Clemson Corner.
