This low impact, moderately intense class will work on improving mobility, stability, muscle tone, endurance, breathing, flexibility and overall fitness health. Have more energy throughout the day to finish errands, chores or enjoy time with your friends and family! On Thursdays, participants will specifically: • develop agility moving in every direction • develop an understanding of proper movement mechanics • learn how to stabilize movement properly to avoid injury Come and enjoy exercising to music, interaction with your friends, or find some new exercising buddies. BANG™ is a mixed fitness group exercise class with HIIT training and some serious attitude. Named for the signature “5-4-3-2-BANG!” group countdown during the peak song of the class, BANG™ is a unique fusion of boxing, cardio, HIIT, hip-hop, world dance, and body weight training in a pre-choreographed class. Three levels of intensity means BANG™ is for anyone who just wants to move, sweat and have fun. Any age, any body shape, any fitness level.
