Ages 6-17 4 classes Level 1 Parkour is designed to teach the foundations of the sport, including body awareness, control and natural movement. There are no prerequisites to participate in the Level 1 class, all skill levels are welcome to join. Participants will learn: Parkour Rolls, Basic Vaults & Variations (including Safety, Speed, Lazy, Kong, Dash), and Precision Jumps.
Talley Recreation Center (Hall of Fame)
Instructor: Cain Yentzer Ages 18+ 10 Classes, Fridays This class is for students who can do Zheng Man Quing’s 37 Movements and have permission from the instructor. In the course students will learn the Yang Family secret Transmission (Yang Jia Mi Chuan) which is made up of 127 postures. Previously only passed down through Yang Family members and only taught public in recent decades, this form allows the practitioner to hone the internal aspects of Qi and Jin.
